Liberty County leadership recently attended the Association County Commissioners of Georgia (ACCG) Annual Conference, held April 22-26 at the Savannah Convention Center on Hutchinson Island. The conference serves as a key forum for conducting the association’s business, including the election of officers and consideration of statewide policy resolutions.

Chairman Donald Lovette and Commissioners Marion Stevens, Tim Blount, Connie Thrift, and Justin Frasier were in attendance, demonstrating Liberty County’s continued commitment to collaboration and leadership.

During the conference, Liberty County District 2 Commissioner Frasier was reappointed to the ACCG Board of Managers, where he will continue representing the 12th District. ACCG’s District 12 includes the counties of Screven, Bulloch, Effingham, Bryan, Chatham, Long, McIntosh, Glynn, Camden, and Liberty.
