Another Chatham County Police officer is sending a letter saying she plans to sue the department.
Former Tybee Police Officer Stacy Talbert, previously a Hinesville Police Department officer, claimed she was fired from the Tybee Police Department after she gave a DUI to a friend of former Metro Police Chief Willie Lovett.
Talbert, who was Stacy Jungers when she worked at HPD from 2005-10, claims Lovett conspired with Tybee Chief Bob Bryson to have her fired and the DUI dismissed.
Tybee Police is disputing the claim.
