Crews and volunteers are out getting the route for tonight's Liberty County Chamber of Commerce Illuminated Christmas Parade ready. The route through downtown Hinesville includes parts of Central/Memorial, Welborn, Gen. Screven, Hendry and Main streets. If you're driving in the area, be careful.

The parade starts at 6:30 p.m.

Late this afternoon police will start closing off streets. So you work downtown and can't stay for the all the festivities you may want to leave early or adjust your parking to assure a route out.
