A story appears to be developing in Walthourville, but details are still scarce. According to the city's police chief, Tracy McFadden, a search warrant has been executed at the home of Walthourville City Councilman James Hendry. Agents from the Department of Revenue were seen carrying plastic containers containing alcohol out of the residence.

Special Agent in Charge Ronald Huckaby said Hendry was arrested for illegally selling alcohol out of his home. The city councilman did not have a business license, according to investigators.

No additional information is available at this time, but the Courier will continue to update this story as details are released.
