The 1-3 Brigade Troops Battalion of the First Brigade Command Team formally changed command as CSM Sheryl Lyons passed the guidon to Lt. Col Scott Johnson, outgoing commander. Col. John Charlton, 1BCT commander, presented the 1-3 BTB guidon to new battalion commander Lt. Col. Richard Hansen.
