Hello, everyone. Tight Line Jr. here. Well, I don’t have much to report, but the weather looks nice for the weekend.
Here are a few reports from around the coastal area.
Roger Schofill was out fishing with Angela Porter and landed 10 spot tail bass and 30 trout. Now that was a good day.
Robbie Hendley caught 10 trout. Hub Powell and Dale Jones netted 25 trout. Two of my buddies, who wish to remain unnamed, landed 17 gator trout off the Hill just a little south of here. I can’t say where, but it’s a lot closer than you think.
I have a dock tour report for y’all. Boo Hall and I took a two-hour tour and landed two spot tail and seven trout.
Yellow Bluff reports having live shrimp and minnows. Halfmoon has live shrimp and the Sunbury Crab Company and Marina has a few shrimp and plenty of minnows.
So remember what Ol’ Tight Line says and get out there and go fishing. And remember if you do, always keep a tight line.
I always say hit the dock, keep a sharp eye and watch that cork go down.
