Sept. 30: Threats —A woman told police another woman had been sending her threatening messages by posting the comments on her Facebook page since January.

Simple battery, FVA —  A woman told police she was visiting her mother at her mother’s home when her sister showed up.
The woman said that sometime during the visit, she told her sister’s children if they did not stop playing on the couch, they would have to sit on the floor.
An argument ensued between the woman and her sister, the woman told police.
The woman said her sister began punching her in the face and body. The woman told police she tried to force her sister on the floor to defend herself.
When she let her sister up, the sister attacked her again, she told police. The two finally separated, and the woman went to the back of the home and her sister left.
The woman said she did not call police at the time of the incident because she did not want to cause a big scene at her mother’s house.
The woman had a scratch under her left eye and a 3-inch long scratch on the back of her left shoulder, according to police.
