A toddler struck by a vehicle Sunday in Hinesville is in serious condition in a Savannah hospital.
According to HPD traffic investigator Lt. Max McLendon, the toddler, a male whose name has not been released, was hit by a vehicle allegedly driven by Dyshawn Davis, 19, of Hinesville. The accident, which happened at 9:47 p.m., occurred in front of 156 Cherokee Circle.
