In his attempt to elude police, the driver even drove through someone’s yard. The driver then jumped out of the vehicle, ran for nearby woods, but slipped and fell on an incline. Deputies used a Taser to subdue the offender. Officers observed the driver had slurred speech, and had dropped a roll of money and a substance believed to be marijuana on the ground.
