Michael Bullard, the Blackshear truck driver involved in a vehicle accident that sent four people to the hospital last week, has been arrested and charged with four traffic violations.
Bullard turned himself in last Thursday to Hinesville Traffic Accident Investigator Cpl. Les Patton.  
Hinesville Traffic Accident Investigator Lt. Bill Kirkendall said Bullard was released on his own recognizance.
Bullard was involved in a March 18 accident that sent an injured soldier to a Savannah hospital. Others involved received minor injuries.
