An argument between two employees at the Hinesville Burger King Wednesday evening ended with a shooting.
The victim was wounded in an arm, according to Hinesville Police. The suspect is in custody, according to HPD Lt. Terranova Smith. The suspect is also an employee and Det. Maj. Thomas Cribbs said he had left work and allegedly came back with a weapon because of the argument.
An earlier report said the alleged shooter had been a customer.
The shooting occured shortly after 7 p.m. Authorities have not said what caused the argument. The Burger King is on Highway 196.
