After 12 years of training and 276 hours of attendance, Riceboro City Council Member David Miller has been recognized by the Carl Vinson Institute of government. This award is the highest one that can be achieved in the Georgia Municipal Association. Miller has been recognized for his dedication and commitment to his leadership role in his community. This accomplishment is key to his success in his local government position, according to Carl Vinson Institute officials.
