Scott’s All Stars launched its 2025-2026 Youth Leadership and Mentoring Program with the first session held on Saturday, September 27. The program is designed to empower students through leadership development, college readiness, financial literacy, and meaningful community service.

The opening session featured:

• Welcome and icebreakers to build teamwork and rapport.

• A detailed program overview led by Dr. Marcus Scott IV and facilitators.

• A powerful keynote from guest speakers, who inspired students with insights on leadership and resilience.

• The introduction of two yearlong projects: the Leadership Project and the Black History Project, with students forming teams and starting their plans.

Facilitators and session leaders included Marcus Scott IV, Melissa Langley, Elisia Scott, Marcus Scott V, Lonnie Fayson, Debra Frazier and Lorraine Bowers. Catering was provided by Ole Sarge.

The program welcomed 35plus mentees from Liberty and Long County schools, all of whom committed to the program’s rigorous expectations of leadership, service, and academic excellence.

The next session will take place on October 25, 2025.
