Tree ID Wkshp

East Georgia State College will host a series of Tree Identification Workshops. The three-part series began Monday, April 1, 2019 at 2 p.m. in EGSC’s Academic Building room C-115. On Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 10 a.m. in front of the gym on EGSC’s Swainsboro campus, Dr. David Chevalier, Chair of the EGSC Biology Department, will continue the event with tree identification activities. Finally, on Monday, April 29, 2019, Ballard will present the results of the tree identification activities at 2 p.m. in EGSC’s Academic Building room C-115.

These activities are a continuing part of the EGSC Tree Campus Committee and continue to work towards EGSC’s Tree Campus initiative. EGSC and community members are welcome any part of the tree identification workshop. Please contact Dr. David Chevalier at dchevalier@ega.edu or 478-289-2370 with any questions.
