Bradwell edged out, Long does the edging

The Bradwell Tigers fought hard, but the Griffin Bears took them by two touchdowns Friday night.
The Bears had the speed to put the pressure on the Tigers punting and passing game, giving them a 24-14 win at Olvey Field. Despite the loss the Tigers offense continues to improve.

The Long County Blue Tide beat the Bryan County Redskins in a shootout this past Friday, 41-40.  With the game coming down to the final tick of the buzzer, the Blue Tide defense stopped the Redskins with .1 second left on the clock, as the Skins went for the 2-point conversion.  With the win, Long County is now 2-0.
