The Bradwell Institute girls track team finished 11th in the Class AAAAA state meet, held at Columbus’ Kinnett Stadium.

The 4x200 meter relay team of Ta’tyana Anderson, Taniyah Bowman, Tanieha Bowman and Jacoria Leonard finished second with a time of 1:41.78, setting a school record.

The 4x100 meter relay team of Anderson, Taniyah Bowman, Leonard and Alazia Frazier was fourth at 48.45 seconds.

Anderson was third in the high jump at 5-4 and seventh in the 200-neter dash at 25.41 seconds, Leonard took fourth in the long jump at 17-8.

Greater Atlanta Christian, with 61 points, edged out Cambridge for the girls team title and Dutchtown won the boys team championship.
