FPCA continues to pile up wins

Academy, the defending GISA Class A state boys basketball champion, is off to an 8-0 start this season after beating Savannah’s Providence Christian 93-47 on Monday.
The Highlanders won three games recently at the Faith Baptist Tournament in Ludowici and picked up three victories at the Central Fellowship Christian Academy Tip-Off Tournament in Macon. In the latter event, FPCA beat Loganville’s Covenant Christian in the final after knocking off Greater Gwinnett Christian and Furtah Prep.
Joey Bell and A.J. Ansley were named to the all-tournament team. Bell was also named tournament MVP.
