Former Faith Baptist Christian Academy and Glennville native JJ Frazier had a huge game against Auburn Dec. 29.
According to the Bulldogs’ basketball news, the senior guard registered a season-best 27 points. He also had five steals.

Frazier and teammate Yante Maten, who scored a game-high 30 points, helped the Bulldogs come from behind to beat the Tigers 96-84.
The Tigers led by as many as 13 points in the first half.
The win means the Bulldogs go into tonight’s game against the Gamecocks at 1-0 in the SEC. They are 9-4 overall.

Frazier is second on the team in points scored with 208 to date. Maten is first with 268. Frazier is averaging 16 points per game.

Tonight’s tip-off is at 7 p.m. in Athens. The game will be televised on ESPNU.
