Registration for Liberty County Recreation Department youth soccer, football and cheerleading starts Tuesday and runs through Aug. 11.

Football and cheerleading program is for 7- 2 year olds. Participants must be 7 years old and may not turn 13 prior to Sept. 1, 2017.

The 7-year-olds play flag football and 8-12 year olds play tackle football. Weight restrictions apply to all tackle football participants.

Cost is $20 per child.

All equipment is provided except pants for tackle football players.

Soccer

Soccer players must be at least 4 years old and may not turn 18 prior to Aug. 1. The fee is $20 per child.

Volunteer coaches are needed for all football and soccer teams, and cheerleading squads.
