There are times when bad weather can be a good thing.
For the Bradwell Tigers’ boys’ soccer team, it will be an opportunity to regroup. After trailing 3-0 to the Benedictine Cadets on Friday on Freedom Field, the game was stopped due to lightning. The game was stopped with 13:35 left in the first half.
Tiger coach Tommy Oglesby said the game will be rescheduled for April 11. The BI boys currently are 3-6 overall and 2-2 in Region 3-AAAAA.  The Tigers are scheduled to play Tuesday at Camden County. The Wildcats currently are in first place in the region with a 6-1 overall mark and 4-0 region mark. Benedictine is just behind Camden in second place at 6-3 overall and 4-1 in the region, according to Eurosportscoreboard.com.
The Lady Tigers soccer team also will play Tuesday at Camden and currently holds a 5-4 overall and 3-1 region mark.
Savannah Arts Academy holds the region’s top spot for the girls, with Camden County in second, Windsor Forest in third and the Lady Tigers in fourth.
