Beach beat Bradwell 51-34 on Tuesday night in Hinesville in a Region 3-AAAAA contest.

Jamael Smith led the Tigers in scoring with 12 points. Dazjon Tinae and Rodney Hawkins scored six and four points respectively.

The loss drops the Tigers to 2-12 overall and 2-8 in the region.

Bradwell plays at Johnson High School in Savannah tonight at 8:30 p.m.

"In preparation for Johnson, we have informed the guys that we will need to have great transition defense if we want to be successful," Tigers coach Pete Woodard said. "In the first game at Bradwell, we allowed too many fast break points."

Johnson won that game 83-79 on Dec. 3.
