Georgia Southern freshman Kwajelin Holsendolph was named a Southern Conference women’s co-outdoor track athlete of the week for her performance in a meet last weekend.
Holsendolph, a former Bradwell Institute standout, set personal records in the 100-meter hurdles and 100-meter dash at the UCF Invitational last weekend. Her time of 14.06 in the 100 hurdles placed her in the top five in the Georgia Southern record book in that event. In the 100-meter dash, she ran a 12.19, which ranks her in the top five of the Eagles’ times this season. Holsendolph also anchored the 4x100 and the 4x400 relays for the Eagles this past weekend.
