Long County rec soccer registration under way
Registration for Long County Recreation Department soccer for kids ages 4-14 closes Aug. 26.
The registration fee is $25. Volunteer coaches are needed.

Tunnel to Towers Run planned for Sept. 14
Registration is open for the second annual Tunnel to Towers Run Savannah, set for Saturday, Sept. 14, beginning at 8 a.m. with the 5K Run/Walk.
The fee is $30 through Sept. 12 and $40 Sept. 13 and race day.
A $25 registration discount is available for military, firefighters and police officers. In addition, a special discount also is offered to The Siller Cup firefighter teams.

youth bowling set
Registration for Fort Stewart Youth Bowling will be from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Sept. 7, at Marne Lanes on Fort Stewart.
The league is open to bowlers ages 3-18 and up to 21 if enrolled in college.
