Although no one hit a hole-in-one to earn a free car there were plenty of winners in Saturday’s eighth annual Henry “Hank” White Memorial Golf Tournament at the Cherokee Rose Country Club in Hinesville.
The big winners were six students who received $1,000 scholarships each.
The scholarship winners are Matt Brown, Sha’Leia James, Joshua Weston, Morgan Fermin, Sideeq Heard and Tyshajuana Stevens. In all, 14 teams participated in the tournament.

First place: Fred Mingledorf, Danny Sikes, Henry Middleton and John Durrence.
Second place: Bucky Keel, Steve Wiggins, James Jones and Jeff Stewart.
Third place: Boyce Carter, Randy Houston, Charles Heyward and Terry Enoch
