Long County recreation teams recognized by Blue Tide

The Long County Recreation Department cheerleaders and players recently were recognized by Long County High School.

Each player, cheerleader and coach who wore their uniform was admitted at no charge to the Long County-New Hampstead football game. In addition, the future Blue Tide football players and cheerleaders were recognized prior to the game.

After the ceremony, they got to enjoy some quality football as the Blue Tide defeated the Phoenix, 41-0.
