On Friday night the Long County Blue Tide was in Toombs County where the Blue Tide boys eked out a 51-50 win against the Bulldogs. The Lady Tide however was not as fortunate taking a 48-36 loss.

Jamal Anderson led the Blue tide boys dropping in 11 points in a game that came down to the final seconds of regulation.

Leading the way for the girls was Jameka Boyd who had 10 big points.
