Brionna Nicole Meredith was born to Cassandra Vaughn and Steven Meredith at 4:27 p.m. on Oct. 21. Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Brionna weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 21 inches.
She is the maternal granddaughter of Jewell Helton. She is also welcomed by two brothers, Michael Sizelove and Robert Vaughn.
