Editor, I'm writing this letter to put in the Coastal Courier. The reason why, because people out there saying it is time for a black to be Liberty County sheriff.
I go by the experience of a person, not by their color.
People talk good about Don Martin in office. He has done a good job for eight years.
J.T. Jones and Warren Waye have people thinking it's time for a black sheriff. They are wrong to judge people by their color. That's why the world is like it is, by judging people by their color.
The reason why I wrote this is because that's a racism thing.
The only think I can say is good luck to all that's running. There a lot of people talking about why there should be a black sheriff.
