The Bradwell Institute Class of 1977 will host its 40th reunion, during the festivities for Bradwell’s 2017 homecoming.

It will run Sept. 21-24 around Hinesville. Headquarters for the events, including a gala reception on Sept. 23, will be the LaQuinta Inn and Suites on East Oglethorpe Highway. Events begin on that Thursday, when Bradwell will have its pep rally and homecoming parade at the school on Pafford Street.

Sept. 21
1: Meet and greet, LaQuinta Inn noon-2 p.m.
2: Homecoming parade at Bradwell, 2:30-5 p.m.
3: Cocktails and review agenda, LaQuinta Bar 6-9 p.m.

Sept. 22
4: Noon Gather in main hall Bradwell
5: 12:30 Lunch BI Cafeteria, $3.50
6: 1:30 Tour Bradwell
7: 6 Tailgate Olvey Field; optional bring your own food and drinks; area to be designated
8: 7:30 p.m. Homecoming game, tickets $8 at gates
9: 10 After game party. Latin Night at JJ’s Bar and Grill at Econo Lodge, 726 E. Oglethorpe. Admission $5

Sept. 23
10: 7-9 a.m. Breakfast buffet LaQuinta Inn
11: 11 a.m. Driving tour convoy; Midway Cemetery, etc.
12: Noon-5 p.m. Hinesville Blues, Brew and BBQ Festival downtown
13: 6 p.m. Set up and decorate for reunion reception
