On March 6, the Liberty District of the Coastal Empire Council, Boy Scouts of America, will recognize long-time Scout volunteer Donald Peller at its annual Good Scout Breakfast.
Peller, a Hinesville resident, has been involved with Boy Scouts for more than 50 years as a scoutmaster, district committee member and a council committee staffer.
The breakfast will be at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 220 Sandy Run Drive, Hinesville. The recognition is also a Liberty District fundraiser to raise money for the scouting programs in Bryan, Liberty, Long, Tattall and Toombs counties.
