Elijah Lee Massengale was born at 5:11 a.m. April 12 to Maria Rushing Massengale of Jackson, Mississippi, and Chad Keaton Massengale of Santa Ana, California.

Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Elijah weighed 9 pounds and measured 21 inches.

His maternal grandparents are Philip and Susan Rushing of Maryville, Tennessee. His paternal grandparents are Bill and Mary Jo Parker of Indian Hills, South Carolina. He has one sister, Chloe Elise Massengale.
