Classes focus on senior citizens' health issues

A free six-week program to help people manage their symptoms, medications, pain, fatigue and depression is coming to Hinesville.

Living Coastal Well, sponsored by the Coastal Regional Commission’s Area Agency on Aging and Senior Citizens Inc., is designed for people who have chronic health conditions such as diabetes, breathing difficulty, back problems, heart disease or arthritis. The workshop promises to help you "put more life back into your life."

Classes are held from 9:30 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays, from May 3 through June 7, at the Liberty County Senior Center, 800 Tupelo Trail in Hinesville. Seating is limited, so advanced registration is encouraged. Register by calling Robin at 912-877-0056.
