Representatives from the Bone and Joint Institute of South Georgia were the featured guests at the Feb. 4 Goldenheirs meeting at First Baptist Church in Hinesville.
Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Lex Kenerly and BJISG Marketing Director Shelly Patterson attended the meeting. Kenerly, a native of Jesup, said he partners with Drs. Matthew Velosen and Christopher Swanson at the institute, which has offices in Hinesville, Waycross, Baxley and Jesup. The Hinesville office opened in November 2012 at 473 S. Main St.
“Don’t prolong your pain,” Kenerly said. “Only your doctor can determine and help you decide what treatment is best for your condition.”
Goldenheirs is a senior group that meets at noon the first Tuesday of each month at the church, 220 E. Memorial Drive, for a covered-dish lunch. Steven Bene’ from the Georgia Baptist Children’s Home will be the featured guest at the March 4 meeting.
All seniors are welcome to attend.
