SAVANNAH — The Junior League of Savannah is accepting nominations for its Kids Who Care scholarship program.
Five $1,000 college scholarships will be awarded to local seniors from the Lowcountry area in recognition of their volunteer service and community involvement.
The scholarships are not based on academic or athletic ability.
Nominations may be made by anyone, as well as self-nomination by the student.

The deadline for application submissions is March 15.
