Advanced Directive Workshop to be held at Liberty Regional Medical Center

Hospice Savannah and Liberty Regional Medical Center will present a workshop on advanced directives and selecting a healthcare agent on Monday, April 7.
It will be from 6-7 p.m. in the hospital's first-floor classroom. Betsy Kammerud, social worker, will guide the participants through the process of filling out the forms and choosing the right person to make your healthcare decisions in the event you cannot speak for yourself.
Refreshments will be served.  
Hospice Savannah is a community-based, non-profit hospice, providing end of life care to patients and their loved ones in Chatham, Effingham, Liberty, Long and Bryan counties. It serves anyone regardless of diagnosis, age, race, religion, or ability to pay and is accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
