After 15 years of service to area patients, anesthesiologist Dr. Jose DeLaCruz recently retired from practice.
Dozens of current and former employees and physician partners at Wayne Memorial Hospital paid tribute to him with a reception.
DeLaCruz, with his wife Nellie at his side, accepted a certificate of appreciation from the hospital during the event.
