Annie Barrow of Midway is shown having her hair cut. She decided to donate her hair to Locks of Love, an organization that uses the hair to make wigs for children who lose their hair due to cancer or other health problems. The 8-year-old had been growing her hair for two years, and nearly 12 inches of it was available to send to Locks of Love. She is in third grade at First Presbyterian Christian Academy in Hinesville.
