The Old Dorchester Consolidated School in Midway will have a  Christmas open house from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at 1804 Islands Highway, one and a half miles east of I-95.  
Activities will include a silent auction, bake sale, Christmas crafts, a display of 116 donated Santa Clauses, games for children, chili and hot dogs for lunch and a visit from Santa Claus himself. Children will be able to have a picture taken with Santa.
Vendors can rent table space for $25.
