At Tuesday’s weekly Hinesville Rotary Club meeting, St. Phillip’s Episcopal Church pastor and HRC secretary Will Carter explained the 2-1-1 call system, a service extended to Liberty County in December through the United Way of the Coastal Empire. Part of the national 2-1-1 call system, the service links residents to a directory of information about organizations in the county that provide assistance for families and individuals during times of need and includes information for those who would like to volunteer their time to local organizations.
