I’m a resident here in town, and it was the nicest thing to go out and get my paper this morning and find a Christmas card from the carrier. How utterly awesome. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to you, too.

The condemnation of Ananias and Sapphira was not for failing to pay taxes, nor was it for failing to give all to the church. Their condemnation was for lying to the Holy Ghost and tempting the spirit of the Lord. Read it yourself. Acts 5: 1-10.

I’m getting sick and tired of getting religion pushed down my throat by way of your Sound off. Why don’t we talk about more important things, like the mayor and these busses running through town with no one in them funded by taxpayers’ money?
