I’ve never heard of anybody taking a deceased body to a club.

I wholeheartedly agree with Mr. Wetmore’s article. GIs do need to live on Fort Stewart. They have vacancy after vacancy on the post, and they’re flooding the apartments in Hinesville, and the only one gaining by all this is the slumlords that are getting rich from overpriced rent. Fort Stewart has shopping opportunities, living opportunities, they can buy gas there. There’s no need for Hinesville to get its nose in all that.

I never said we didn’t like street cleaners. They do a great job. We are both in our mid 70s and retired, and we’re still trying to sleep at 4:30 a.m.

It is Friday, the 18th, 6:45, I was sitting in the parking lot of Lowe’s, watching one of Hinesville’s finest who looked like he’s doing his paperwork. When he finishes paperwork, he opens the door, sits his empty Coke can in the parking lot and then drives off. Says a lot about the integrity of our department, doesn’t it?

Why do banks approve land loans and then take months, not weeks, to close the deal? Is it greed? When our land is sold, I will not put the money in any bank. I don’t trust them to be honest anymore.
