The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce and CVB will host a Lunch and Learn planning workshop from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 24.

This workshop luncheon will be at the Chamber/CVB offices at 425 W. Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville.

Participants will learn about event planning and enjoy lunch. Employees of the Chamber and CVB will go over strategies and helpful tips for planning events and festivals.

“We plan several events per month, some are small and some are huge, with thousands of attendees,” said Leah Poole, CEO of the Liberty County Chamber/CVB. “We hope that you come and learn from our mistakes and garner some real-world techniques to apply.”

The cost is $10 for members and $20 for others, the cost includes lunch. Seating is limited, on a first come, first serve basis. Registration is required. Reserve your seat by emailing operations@libertycounty.org or by calling 912-368-4445.
