Hinesville Area Arts Council will host two water color classes at Hinesville YMCA on May 31. The artist instructors are Andrea and Phil Stark. Patricipants will finish a picture each class with step-by-step instructions. A children’s class is from 10 a.m.-noon and costs $12. An adult’s class is from 1-4 p.m. and costs $20.
