WOW-LAND, WYOMING As wildfires burn in our state and the risk of fire is high all over the country, our firefighters are on high alert this time of year.

When firefighters in Worland, Wyoming, responded to an "unknown" fire at a recycling center, they were likely expecting the type of wildfire they've become all too familiar with. What they got instead was a mesmerizingly beautiful fire that they caught on camera.

Apparently, the bright colors and tornado-like fire funnels are the result of a sulfur mound igniting. While the fire itself is incredible to look at, it's equally dangerous.

"Despite the beautiful flames, burning sulfur creates a hazardous gas called sulfur dioxide," The Worland Fire Department posted on Facebook.

So while the fire is amazing to watch, please don't go trying to recreate this beauty, because not only is it dangerous to start a fire, but you're also creating incredibly dangerous gas. I feel like I shouldn't need to give this warning, but I also feel like I have to.

Just watch the video and appreciate the beauty and power of nature, but don't try to recreate it.
