The Long County Blue Tide NBA 2K25 team BlueK25 saw its season come to an end on Wednesday, April 16. They fell in the first round of the state playoffs to the Brunswick Pirates.

Christian Presley entered the state playoffs for the third straight season in a row and was ranked as the number 19 seed in the state. He looked to avenge a loss to the Pirates during the fall regular season.

It was a close start as he chose the Sacramento Kings to take on the Phoenix Suns in the first game. The score was tied 10-10 entering the second quarter.

Things stayed close for most of the game as he trailed 21-18 at the half and actually led 39-37 going into the fourth quarter.

However, the Pirates were able to tie the game and take a 44-39 early in the fourth quarter before going on to a 59-50 win in the first game.

Presley switched to the Boston Celtics against the Los Angeles Clippers in the second game, but that seemed to be his downfall. He trailed by just six points at the end of the first quarter and was down only five at the half.

However, things went downhill quickly for Presley as the Pirates took a 10-point lead early in the third with a 5-0 run to go up 31-21.

Presley trailed 44-33 going into the fourth quarter and was never able to get back into the game as he fell 62-46 to fall 2-0 in the match.

Presley finishes the season 5-4 and finishes his career with the Blue Tide 2K teams with a 20-10 record.
