Due to ongoing concerns related to COVID-19, all library buildings remain closed to the public until further notice. Bookdrops are closed as well according to the release.

Express Drop-off service will be available by appointment, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, at the following locations:

·        Midway-Riceboro Library – 912.884.5742

These locations are also offering Express Holds Pickup by appointment during the same operating hours. The Pickup / Drop-off process is easy and involves little or no in-person contact.

To schedule an appointment, customers may contact their library by phone or online at liveoakpl.org/appointments. When you arrive for pickup/drop-off, please follow all instructions and safety guidelines in order to protect yourself and others.

Returned items will be quarantined before they are checked in, so it will take several days before customers see the materials removed from their library account.

While library buildings are closed, please remember due dates are extended, overdue fees are waived, and library cards are renewed. And Live Oak Public Libraries is open online. Visit liveoakpl.org and follow @liveoakpl on social media for information, resources, virtual programs, and more.
