Business classes this month in Savannah

Starting a business
“Thinking of Starting a Business,” a workshop, runs two more times this month in Savannah.
The first is March 14 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The second is from 6-8:30 p.m. March 22. Both are in the conference room of the Small Business Assistance Center, 111 E. Liberty St.
 Anyone thinking of starting a small business may want to take one of them. Each will cover the basics of business startup.
A workbook and other materials will he provided. The cost is $40 per person if you pre-register and pre-pay before the day of class. Registration is $50 the day of the class. Discounts are available for partners.

Business planning
A class, “Developing a Winning Business Plan,” is planned for 1-5 p.m. March 29, also in the Small Business Assistance Center Conference.
This class is designed to help small business owners and persons wanting to start a business learn how to develop a thorough and practical business plan.
