Lisa Davis has joined the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce as its new administrative assistant.
Davis will be responsible for assisting the chamber in receptionist duties, event coordination, welcome-center maintenance, document preparation and other tasks in support of general office management.
Prior to joining the chamber, Davis was a sales representative at The Harloff Company in Colorado Springs, Colo., while stationed at Fort Carson, and an event planner at Mud Island in Memphis, Tenn. She has a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from the University of Mississippi.
In her spare time, Davis is a history enthusiast who enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling and reading.
“We are so happy to have Lisa on board. She brings a wealth of administrative experience to our office, as well as her bright personality,” chamber CEO Leah Poole said. “We are sure that our members and the community in general will love her.”
