The Village Children’s Learning Center at 803 Frank Cochran Drive in Hinesville recently was named a “center of recognition” by The Standards of Care Program. SOC is administered by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. The director and staff are in the process of implementing the “Creative Curriculum” throughout the center. This requires attention to the individual development of each child in the social, emotional, physical, cognitive and language areas.
