George and Babs Holtzman, owners/brokers, have announced the promotion of Brian Maike to sales manager of Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors Residential Sales Division.
Maike has been with the firm since Dec. 1, initially hired as the relocation director and real estate school director.
Maike has been in the Real Estate and Housing Industry since 1986 working as a purchasing manager, project manager, sales agent and office manager.
“Maike’s diverse abilities experience is valuable to our company,” George Holtzman said.
The Holtzmans agree that, as the calendar turns over to 2008, the economy’s “pent-up demand” warrants the office having additional support for the agents and staff to keep up with what is expected to be a “terrific” year.
